Men's Health Week 2022
Time for your MOT
Men's Health Week 2022 was 13-19 June. All our materials are still available here.
We've been through a lot these past couple of years. Covid has not gone away but we are beginning to live with it.
To do this, we need to be at the top of our game, physically and mentally. So, for this year's Men's Health Week, we're calling on men everywhere, to give themselves an MOT.
To support the campaign, the resource pack and all our related material is below. On our main website you can find more info, our DIY home MOT and sign up to keep in touch.
To enable people to run events that are right for the wide variety of men different organisations work with, we continue to make available all our downloads and materials from previous years covering topics from mental health, to smoking, to obesity and many more.
The most popular materials are accessible below, but if you are interested in looking at or using the specific materials for a given year, use the following links. Most of the resources are UNDATED so they can be used at any time.
